Triple Net Properties (NNN)
Dash Capital identifies and acquires retail and commercial investment opportunities in the NNN markets primarily in the United States. Dash Capital targets returns that provide for both stable income and significant long-term capital appreciation.

Why Invest in NNN?  Most NNN retail properties are built to suit a tenant’s specific needs. In exchange for this customization, tenants are willing to sign longer term leases with corporate guarantees. These investments generally provide monthly cash-flow distributions with annual returns similar to high credit investments (bonds, etc.) and have the advantage of capital depreciation and usually an increased return upon the sale of the asset.

A Triple Net lease or called "NNN" Lease is a net lease, structured as a turnkey investment property in which the tenant agrees and is responsible for paying the three major expenses:
 N - Property Tax
 N - Insurance
 N - Maintenance
