North 49 Developments focuses on development of new build construction for residential single family and townhomes in the Greater Toronto Area. The strategic partnership encompasses decades of experience in development and construction.
Our philosophy with each project is to learn and understand what makes each community/ neighbourhood unique. We believe that working with local residents, Resident Associations and City Councillors from the outset provides an opportunity for better development planning that both respects and enhances the existing neighbourhood.
